1. Import Permit (CFIA) – Quick and Simple
- Customers must hold a Plant Protection Import Permit from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
- Required for all any Plant Hoya orchids Species and hybrids from our store
- Fee: Approximately CAD 35 per application.
- Processing time: About 2–3 weeks.
- How to apply: Apply online via My CFIA account.

2. CITES Documentation – Hassle-Free
- CITES Export Permit (Thailand) → Provided by the seller for all orders.
- Import Permit (CFIA) → Required by the buyer.
3. Shipping and Inspection – Safe Delivery
- We ship via DHL (3–5 days, excluding customs clearance).
- All plants are shipped bare-root with the following documents:
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- CITES Export Permit
- Upon arrival in Canada → inspected by CFIA at major entry points (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal).
- Complete documents → orchids are released quickly.
4. Important Notes
- CITES Appendix I orchids → Please contact us before ordering.
- Ensure your Import Permit is valid at the time of import.
- We do not ship during extremely cold periods to prevent potential damage to the plants.
