Check Your Order Status

Enter your Order ID (including # and numbers, for example: #47926) and confirmation email used at checkout.

  • Click the Track button to view your order progress and shipping status.
  • If your order has already been shipped, your courier tracking number will appear in the order details.
You can track:

• Order processing
• Export inspection progress
• Packing status
• Shipping preparation
• Courier pickup and shipment updates
• Download Invoice (SKU Number)

Track Your Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will appear in your order details.

  • Copy your courier tracking number.
  • Enter the tracking number in the shipment tracking section to view your delivery status.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
