We offer two shipping methods for orders to the United States and Puerto Rico. The seller will select the most suitable option unless otherwise requested by the buyer.
1. Dragon Courier + UPS
Shipping Term: DDP
This is our default and recommended shipping method.
With DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, your order is delivered directly to your door with no extra payment, no customs paperwork, and no import process required from the buyer.
We handle everything for you, from export documents in Thailand to final delivery by UPS in the destination country.

Delivery Time
- Handling time: 5–12 business days
- Transit time: 5–7 business days
Shipping Schedule
- Orders are processed weekly
- Cut-off every Friday
- Shipment departure from Bangkok: every Thursday
Important
- Temperature-controlled shipping is used for plant safety
- Tracking updates may begin after the shipment is handed over to UPS in the USA
2. DHL Express
Shipping Term: DAP
DHL Express is a faster shipping option for customers who prefer direct express delivery.
With DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping, the customer may need to pay import charges, customs fees, or related costs when the package arrives in the destination country.
Import Permit Requirement
A valid PPQ 587 Import Permit is required for DHL Express shipments to the United States.

Recipient Contact Information
The recipient must provide a valid phone number for the destination address.
If the recipient cannot be contacted, the shipment will not be dispatched. Orders will remain on hold until all required contact information is provided.
This is necessary for:
- Customs clearance
- Delivery coordination
- Agricultural inspection
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- DHL Express: Tracking usually activates within 24 hours
- Dragon Courier + UPS: Tracking updates begin once the parcel is handed over to UPS in the USA
Important Notes
Weather conditions, customs inspections, and agricultural inspections may affect delivery time
Live plants are shipped at the buyer’s risk once handed to the carrier
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required
