DAP (Delivered At Place) Shipping Terms

All shipments from SibOrchid are conducted under DAP (Delivered At Place) in accordance with Incoterms®.

Under these terms:

  • The seller (SibOrchid) arranges delivery to the named destination
  • Shipping fees may be charged separately
  • The buyer (customer) is fully responsible for all import-related procedures and costs

Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, the customer agrees that they:

  • Are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • Must obtain any required import permits or documentation
  • Must coordinate directly with customs authorities or the shipping carrier
  • Must provide additional information (e.g., Tax ID, identification documents) when requested

DAP Disclaimer

  • SibOrchid is not liable for delays, holds, rejections, or destruction of shipments by customs or authorities
  • Failure to comply with import requirements may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed without any refund or compensation

Shipping Fee Policy

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • No shipping costs will be refunded due to delays, customs issues, or events beyond the seller’s control

Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:

  • Understand and accept all DAP shipping terms
  • Accept the non-refundable shipping fee policy
  • Assume full responsibility for import compliance
  • Accept all risks associated with international shipping and customs procedures
