Delivery Time

The buyer must pay a SGD 10 import handling fee when the parcel arrives in Singapore. - DHL Express: Approximately 2–4 business days
Additional import service fees will be charged by DHL (payable by the receiver).
There is no need to submit NParks documents, as DHL handles the import process directly for an additional service charge.
Both methods provide full online parcel tracking from Thailand to Singapore.

Import Document Submission (For EMS Shipments)
Before shipping, we will ask the buyer to submit the import application online via NParks Singapore, which only takes a few minutes.
Note (For EMS):
NParks Singapore usually completes the plant inspection and release process within 1–2 days,
provided all documents are correct and complete.
Handling & Preparation Time
- Please allow 7–10 days after order confirmation for us to prepare export documents and issue the Phytosanitary Certificate.
- Once the Tracking Number is issued,
the buyer can apply for the Plant Import Permit from NParks Singapore online,
after receiving all required documents from us for submission.
