Plant Tags & SKU Guide (Quick Reference)
Why do plant tags sometimes show different names or numbers?
This is normal. Nursery tags may use working names or hybrid labels, but the
SKU is our single source of truth. We use tags and SKUs to:
- Speed up paperwork & customs
- Streamline ordering & shipping
- Ensure each plant is correctly identified
Where can I find the plant tag or SKU?
- Every plant ships with a physical tag.
- Example: Oncidium Hybrid #37842 = Oncidium Sharry Baby 2/5″
- If no SKU appears, the product name is exactly what you’ll receive.
Where else can I check the SKU?
- The product page on our website
- Your order confirmation email
- Your PayPal receipt
